I am staying in town and found this gem for my morning coffee and breakfast. The food is great especially the avocado toast. The eating area is so cute and comfy. Don't pass by this place when in town.

BEST CUBAN SANDWICH My first time in this restaurant, and I am glad I stopped to have a bit to eat. Their Cuban sandwich does not disappoint. I will come back here next time in St. Petersburg, FL.

Food: American standard, salads, fruit bowls, and more. Drink: coffee, fruit drinks, and more. Service: I impressed with the service of Nina, she is very personable and she seemed to help people working here to have the same service as she is. They will make you happy if you tell them anything wrong with your order. They are very nice workers and perfectly met the standard and even exceed for hospitality industry. Extra information, this is a good place for neighbors to meet every morning. On some nice day, a neighbor here would say "It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood. A beautiful day for a neighbor..." Atmosphere: Happy, pleasant, and relax. Can't ask for more. Check it out for yourself.

The staff was super kind and helpful! They go above and beyond! Clean, welcoming, and quick! Great healthy options, and kid approved! We were visiting firm out of town and we were super grateful it was right across the street from our hotel! Went for breakfast every day! We will be back!

I had the BEST experience at Annex Eat Drink Shop in St. Pere today! The lady who helped me was so kind and welcoming—it really made my day. The customer service here is absolutely top-notch. I ordered a salad, and let me tell you, it looks incredible—so fresh, vibrant, and beautifully presented. You can tell they really care about the quality of their food and the experience they offer. The atmosphere was also super cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy some delicious food. If you’re ever in St. Pere, you HAVE to check this place out. My go-to place for any snack or bagel in Saint pete. I go in often with my boyfriend, they always greet us by name and remember our order. Always chill easygoing vibe and very welcoming. If you want a snack bar, a acai bowl, or a ham and egg bagel with butter then this is your place.

Going to the Annex each morning is a great way to start the day ! Breakfast and coffee choices are many and delicious. The best part is the great staff who are fun and so accommodating. Our favorite person is Nina who puts a smile on our faces every time! Good job, Annex!

Delicious little Cafe! The croissant bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich was absolutely amazing!!!!! And the coffee and cookies were absolutely splendid!!
